Shipping & Return Policy

Product Availability

We make every effort to have available stock of Simply Natural products. After you have placed your order, we will check our inventory and then calculate the dates we expect your merchandise to be packed and ready for shipment. Usually this is within 1-2 business days. If an item is temporarily out-of-stock, it should be replaced within two weeks. No additional shipping charges will be assessed for fulfillment of out-of-stock items.

Shipping Preference

All orders shipped to continental U. S. locations will use standard UPS Ground delivery. Actual delivery time will vary depending upon your location, but please allow 2-7 business days after we ship for receipt of your merchandise. Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes or outside of the U. S. will require special shipping arrangements and are subject to additional costs and time, depending on the location. We are sorry, but currently, international locations are not deliverable via the shopping cart process. If you would like to make special arrangements for an international location, please contact Martec Customer Service directly.

Shipping Cost

Standard domestic shipping costs for Simply Natural orders are shipped within the continental United States, are calculated as follows:

For orders up to $49.99, shipping is $8.95
For orders over $50.00, shipping is FREE.

Shipping cost to Alaska or Hawaii will be calculated at $15.95 per order.

Expedited shipping, drop ship requests, or USPS packages may incur additional charges.

Shipments to US Territories and APO/FPO Military installations will also incur additional charges and shipping time. PayPal default shipping fee is an estimate only.

Payment & Taxes


We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover or PayPal. Your credit card is debited only when items in your order actually ships and not at the time your order is placed. Checks are also accepted on a prepaid basis.


We are required by law to charge sales tax for all orders shipped to locations in California, unless a valid resale license is on file.

For Wholesalers: Orders are prepaid unless otherwise approved. Net 30 days on approved credit and with valid resale license. Wholesale pricing discounts available for resale purposes. Contact Martec customer service for more information.

Return Policy

Returns/adjustments require written approval before they are processed and before a credit may be applied. Please contact Martec customer service prior to returning any merchandise.

Once approved, you may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Martec Industries, Inc. within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, less shipping and handling. Items should be returned in their original product packaging.

Please do not send the package C.O.D. We cannot be responsible for packages lost during return. Therefore, we recommend that you insure your return package. The credit for your unopened product will be applied to the credit card used to make the purchase. It may take up to two credit card billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
